The Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Director shall be as follows:-
(a) To execute the decisions and directives of the committee,
(b) To prepare short-term and long-term plans, annual programs and budgets of the Board (c) To implement the plans and programs approved by the committee (d) to appoint necessary staff for the Board,
(e) Proposals to be approved by the committee should be submitted to the board (f) To do other work as specified.
